Guavy provides market data, news, and alerting tools for cryptocurrencies. Guavy does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; Guavy is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. Content is for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or change without notice.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law, including sanctions/export restrictions.

Account responsibilities
You’re responsible for your account, device, and credentials. Keep them secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Auto-renewal. Paid plans are auto-renewing until you cancel. Your Apple App Store or Google Play account is charged at purchase and renewal.
Manage/cancel. Manage or cancel at any time in your App Store/Google Play subscription settings. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Trials. If offered, trials convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase.
Pricing/changes. We may change prices or features prospectively; if required, we’ll provide notice via the app or store listing.
Refunds. Refunds (if any) are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. Guavy does not process store refunds directly.

Copy, scrape, harvest, or cache data at a scale or method that exceeds normal user activity or violates our technical limits.
Circumvent paywalls, rate limits, security, or DRM; resell, redistribute, or sublicense alerts or data without our written consent.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
Upload malware or interfere with the Services’ operation or other users’ access.
We may monitor for abuse and enforce these Terms.

Signals, alerts, charts, backtests, sentiment, and other insights are informational and may contain errors or delays. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
